Wow... It's been almost TWO long years since I've updated my blog. I happens to view my blog yesterday, and decided to blog something.. haha. Loads of things happened in this 2 years, I'm out of college, got my 1st job as a Web Designer, bought my 1st Car, got my 1st Credit Card. No more lepaking at college with friends, no more yam cha till morning...

Really miss those old days. And what makes me feels nostalgia is a thread in LowYat Forum, everybody posted their old fav toys and games that they played when they're young, most of them are still fresh in my memories. I'll post some of those in here, hehe..

My Dad used to make kites for us, from plastic bags. When it flew wayyy up to the sky, I'll feel very excited, Haha.

Ding Dang & Tora! I always buy these when I was in Primary School. I'll take those toys out and throw away the chocolates, hehe.

THIS!!! I got these when I was really really small, loved them so much... Until my mum throws them away because I don't clean up after playing... aiks..

Colorful Biskut Bunga~ My mum used to buy these for me when I was little, she knows I like them a lot.

Gasing! My Dad taught me how to play this, he'll show off his Gasing Stunts(lame stunts, lol)

Hocuspocus!! I forgotten when I played this, but this was one of my FAV, controlling a little wizard, zapping monsters.. haha

OMG... This.... How could anybody forgot this, this was like the most popular stuff in the 80's.. hahaha. Most of my savings was contributed to this.

Western Bar!! Loved this when I was little, I wonder who bought for me?

LOL! I used to scare cats around the neighbourhood using those...

I believe they still sell these stuff now? Very fun and safe, my Dad used to buy it to use a lot(mainly because it''s cheap)

Haha, The Tattoo chewing gum, love the taste, love the fake tattoos.

Aaaaaa, I remember won a really rare shiny DragonBall Card, I literally JUMPED of excitement.. lol.

Bumble Bee!! Started playing those when I was in Secondary School, I just know a few moves though.

Shakers!!! My most expensive stationary tools in secondary school, haha. I lost a few of these, PENCURI!!

Magic Cards!!! My very very Fav card game when I was in secondary. So miss the time we used to hang out and play Magic cards...

All those memories... I'm all grown up now, new challenges, new life, it's nice to look back at those old memories sometimes, but what's important now is the PRESENT, the FUTURE! I'm looking forward for more challenges in LIFE!!

A few weeks ago, Camie gave me a game called G-Force. It's a game version of the 3D Animation, G-Force. The game is about a guinea pig called Darwin with his team of intelligent guinea pigs completing SWAT-like tasks with cool gadgets. I finished playing the game recently, and suddenly started to think about my old guinea pig, Jagi, that died a few months ago... So search my old pics and found some pics of Jagi and decided to post a blog about her. Yeah, it's a she.

Meet Jagi~ When I bought her, she was just 1 month old. She started to grew bigger and bigger after just a month . Maybe I fed her too much.

Liverpool Choronicles : Chapter 13 - Lamb Chop Chop Chop!

For today's blog, I'll be posting about something we cooked for yesterday's dinner, which was my favorite.... LAMB CHOP!!

Yum Yum Yummy~
Well, many people thought "hey, you're in a western country, you guys should be tired of eating western food by now..." The fact is that we cook and eat rice almost everyday, like when we're in Malaysia.. So please don't think that we eat chicken chop, fish & chip, pork chop or whatever chop everyday. And lamb chops are a delicacy for us students here. Alrite then, let's continue~

1st we need lamb chops.. well, DUH! Then we marinate it with some Mummy Cassie's Secret Ingredient...

It looked delicious even before it was cooked...

Vegetables Ladies~ Potatoes and Asparagus are prepared as a side dish for the lamb chop.

The lamb chops are fried with oil until its' 50% cooked.

Since there are a lot of people eating, we need two pans to accelerate the cooking process.

Wow.. 50% cooked lamb chops are all done, but not ready to be eaten yet.

Next, we baked the lamb chops for a while in the oven.

The kitchen was in a chaotic situation with so much to do, and so little time....

While waiting the lamb chops, we prepared the asparagus.

Chef Camie~ She came out to help us even though she's doing her assignment..

Deep fried asparagus!! Everything we ate yesterday was oily and fried.. not very healthy, but oh well, it's LAMB CHOP!

Everything's place into position while waiting for the cheese mash potato in the oven. I didn't take any cheese mash potato's process picture because....

Yeah, it's too smoky.. The whole kitchen are shrouded with smoke from the oven. Thank god the fire alarm didn't go off.

At last, all done, all cooked and ALL EAT!

After 3 hours of cooking, everyone's tired and hungry. Look at Arsenal's face, he's trying to chew the plates too..

Liverpool Choronicles : Chapter 12 - Scotland!! (Day 3 + 4 Ends)

Let's continue from day 3~~
After visiting Urquhart Castle, we head straight to the city of Glasgow. The scenery from Loch Ness to Glasgow was amazing. Here's some pics:

We stopped by half way to take pictures because the view was just breath taking.

And the most magnificent of all, rainbows.. That was the first time in my life seeing a full rainbow. Which almost made me belief there's really a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow(scottish leprechaun myth).

We reached Glasgow and checked in to our hostel around 10pm. Nice room, a bit old and spooky, but still nice. We went out to grab a bite at the local fish & chip and head to bed.

DAY 4.
We explore a bit at Glasgow, but did not take much pictures cause it's just like most cities, shopping malls, shops, clubs, u know what I mean. So after a while, we head to our next and last destination, Lake District!

Well, it could have been fun if it wasn't raining. A lot of ducks take shelter at the shore of the lake.

Each of the small boat have names, this 1 is called Gypsy.

We head back to Liverpool after that. It was a really tiring road trip, especially for the drivers, Thanks a million for those who drove during the trip! Even though it was tiring, we had a really fun time during that 4 days in Scotland.

Liverpool Chronicles : Chapter 11 - Scotland!! (Day 3)

Next stop, Loch Ness!! Yeap, the Loch Ness Lake famous for its sea monster legend, the Loch Ness Monster aka Nessie.

We took about 3 and a half hours drive to reach Loch Ness, and the size of the lake is no joke, it's HUMONGOUS! I thought it was the sea. Once we reached there, we explore a bit and we found.........

Waaahhrrggggggggg!! It's the Loch Ness Monster!! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!

After few hours of wrestle and hassle with Nessie, I finally subdue the monster. Phew, the day was saved once again...

Alright, enough with the crap, we went to Urquhart Castle nearby the lake.

Liverpool Chronicles : Chapter 10 - Scotland!! (Day 2)

Dunno what to do, so update another blog. Maybe I slept too much.

Aaaanyway, day 2 has arrived. We planned to do some hill climbing~ Woohoo!

The Arthur's Seat! The tallest hill in Edinburgh. Took us an hour walk from our hostel to the hill, and another hour climbing to the top of the hill..

The view was already very nice on the hill sides.

A strange shell-less-slug I found while climbing up.

Most of the Edinburgh city can be seen just halfway from the top.

I took a few minutes break and enjoy the cool wind and view.

After a few more minutes, we reached the top! The wind was incredibly strong.

We conquered Arthur's Seat!! Woohoo~~

We can view the whole Edinburgh city from there.

The sun was setting, and we head back down.

The sunset shines on the brownish grass are so freaking beautiful.

Before heading back to our hostel, we went to the local restaurant and tried their traditional food, which was...

The Haggis! Which was made from sheep's heart, liver and lungs. It may sound and looked disgusting, but it tastes super~ It comes with mashed potatoes, and I was really stuffed after this meal. It's a MUST try when you guys comes to Scotland.

Liverpool Chronicles : Chapter 8 - Scotland!! (Day 1)

Hooowdey~ It's already the second month since I've been here in Liverpool, just one more month to go for me to go back Malaysia.. I'm gonna miss the cold weather here T.T.. Last month was the busiest month for us, assignments to do, reports to write, it's a race against time for all of us here. After all tat havoc, we manage to get a 1 week holiday form our beloved lecturers (god bless you all) and we took the time and went on a road trip to SCOTLAND!

There are all together 13 of us in the road trip, so we rented 3 cars.

The main car was equipped with GPS. All set, and off we go~

First stop, Edinburgh! It was a 4 hours drive from Liverpool(stupid GPS nearly bring us go Holland) Once we reached, we checked in to our hostel which we booked a few days earlier, after that, we went exploring~

The Edinburgh Castle, the landmark of Scotland. There are still cannons positioned within the castle walls.

Liverpool Chronicles : Chapter 6 - First Month!

It's been officially one month since I've arrived here in Liverpool! Wow.. time passed by so freaking fast (so is my assignment's due date). We have all slowly adapted in this foreign place, and I would definitely miss the cold weather here once I'm back in Malaysia. But after just one month here, I'd already form a "What I Will Do When I Go Back Malaysia" list in my head. Here's my list:

1: Yam cha in Mamak for one whole week non-stop
2: Hang out with Klang buddies
3: Hang out with KL buddies
4: Eat Nasi Lemak + Ayam Goreng
5: Eat Roti Canai
6: Eat Kai Fan(Chicken Rice)
7: Eat Ngap Fan(Duck Rice)
8: Eat Siew Yok Fan(Pork Rice)
9: Eat Bakuteh (extra rice, extra soup, extra pork!)
10: Repeat all the above for another week.

You guys must be wondering why majority of my To Do list involve eating.. that's because, all we eat here are BREAD!!! BREAD BREAD BREAD!!!! DUN LET ME SEE ANY BREAD BACK IN MALAYSIA!! I'LL TEAR THEM APART!! WARGGGGGGG!! Ahem.. Like I said, all bread.. I'll quarantine myself from breads for at least one month once I get back. Yeah, we have really wonderful dinner cooked by our wonderful chefs during dinnertime, but during breakfast and lunch... "Hey, whatca have there? wow, ham sandwich!", "Hey, whatca bring for ur lunch?, wow, egg sandwich!", "Hey dude, what will you bring for tomorrow's breakfast? WOW, EGG + HAM sandwich!"@#$%%&^%$^$%$#... Well, that's all my complaints, sorry if you're disturbed by this. Now, for the fun stuff!

The Dino Coin! I got this from the museum I visited a few days ago. It was actually a Penny coin squash and reshaped into this Dino Coin by a machine. There are 4 dino shapes to choose from, I got this 1, the Velociraptor(I know there are T-Rex shapes available too.. T.T).

First of all, my room. I manage to make it a mess on my 1st day living here! so proud of myself. Equipped with a radiator, toilet with shower, no fans(you won't need one).

My 3 month food supply, there's more in my closet.

DaDaDaDaDa....... Come With Me If U Wan To Live!.. wait, tat's Terminator.. This is Transformers! Yup guys, I watched Transformers 2 right here in Liverpool!

It cost me 5 pounds and 20 pents! It's almost 30 bucks in ringgit.. This will be my 1st and last movie here.. The nice thing bout watching here is that it's free seating! Means you can sit wherever your butt wishes to sit. And we get some pretty good seating cause we entered early.

Now for the review. It's good, but confusing at the same time. Too much fighting, cameras spining here and there. The effects was pretty awesome, sooo I'll give it an 8/10, nice stories, not too boring, and very very cool 3Ds.

There was a trip to Chester by our Uni. It's a very very nice place to be, with all those historical buildings and beautiful scenery. I'll let the pics do the talking:

I didn't really thought of buying this album.. and when I was thinking really hard whether to buy it or not, I was already at the counter paying for the album without realizing.. Oh well, I didn't regret one bit.. lolz

X-Men Origins: Wolverine

Hang out wit Dylan, Mok & Wong sifu for movie today. I think this is the 1st time only the four of us hang out together, it's was kinda fun actually.. hoho. Aaaaanyway, back to the movie, we watched X-Men Origins : Wolverine. A very interesting movie indeed, a bit off the original story, but still very nice. I love the part where Gambit boom the floor with his wand/staff/stick/thingy.. very nice effect. It deserves an 8/10 in story & effect vice..

It's been a month since i last updated my blog.. aiks.. wonder y? guess i'm lazy for the whole month. Aaaaaanyway, me n my pals went to Sungei Wang's Kam Kai Lei(Kim Gary) cause Joshie got 50% discount coupon for his birthday, yeepee~ Everything we sees in the menu was like 50% cheaper n tat makes it 50% more delicious, yum yum!

After tat, we went for moviez.. Movie Evaluation Time!

Paul Blart - Mall Cop. It's a comedy involving this plum guy name Paul who protects The Mall form the Clutches of Evil! (go find the synopsis urself, lazy wanna type so much)
And I give it a 6/10.. it makes me laugh, but not hard enuf...

Long Lost Friends~ Woo, it has been years since I last saw most of them, some grow bigger, some thinner, some stays exactly the same.. And I forgotten some of their names.. lol. We gathered together at the local McD in my hometown, Klang on Friday.. V only get to contact a bunch of them for this gathering. We chatted bout our old days while we're in our class, our old teachers, but the most comman question is, "what are you doin now har?"... haha.

The KuKup Chronicles - Day 2 (KuKup to Melaka)

Aaahh.. The Great Sunrise of KuKup.. (I din't saw it though.. I was sleeping like a pig)

We had nasi lemak and goreng pisang for breakfast.

We took the same boat like yesterday, but before we head back, we had a brief stop in one of the fish farm(?). The are a guy there who explain the kinds of fish they have there, very interesting~

The KuKup Chronicles - Day 1 (KL to KuKup)

A couple of weeks ago, me and the AML2 gang had a one night 2 days trip to KuKup in Johor. It's a 3 and a half hour car ride to Kukup.

Upon arrival to Kukup, we took a short boat ride to our accommodation.

Street Fighter : The Legend Of Chun Li

Went on a little outing wit my friends, JP, Jacklyn, Fly Chai and unexpectedly, Ms Chan.. lol. We were expecting some major butt-kicking action in this movie, but ended up, a major disappointment.. First of all, Chun Li (Kristin Kreuk), isn't much of a Chun Li.

No bun hair-do, no cute outfit, no big butt..

Plus the story-line aren't that interesting, too straight forward. Their special effects aren't much of a special effects either.. (I LOLed when Chun-Li shot somekind of energy ball at Bison when she could just kick him right in the face instead)

Oh well, everyone has their own opinion on everything and this is definately not my cup of tea.. I give it a 3/10. One point for Kristin Kreuk, she's not much of a Chun Li, but she sure is HOT. One point for those good LOLs even though those scenes are meant to be serious. One more point just because I'm generous.

The Kek Lok Si Temple

Kek Lok Si Temple, one of the best known temple in Penang Island. Since Penang is my hometown, I've been here several times, but thought of sharing some pics to those who haven't been here before.

During CNY, I went back to my hometown, Penang Island to Pai Nian. And a few days after that, me and my relatives went to Kek Lok Si for some pray pray, n I went there to play play..

The Last Moments of being AMLerZ..

It was a rough week, no sleep, no entertainment(juz dota a bit...), it's all rush rush rush for yesterday's screening event.... All of the AMLer are great, no matter in videos and interactive projects, we'd come a long way since we first stepped foot on TARC. It was a really busy and rushing day yesterday, me and my groupmatez spent a whole night without sleep finishing our FYP and head straight to college at 8 am in the morning. we still had to setup our booths, computers and stuffs.. It was until our group photo session I realize that this is it, this is our last day together as an AMLz.. No more rushing for assignments, no more having classes together, no more after-class-gaming-sessions.. After this, all of us will head our separate ways in pursuing our dreams. I really hope that we could spend more time together, but life goes on.. But I hope that all of us will remember, remember the fun times we had together, the sad time we had together, and above all, never to forget, The Last Moments Of Being AMLerZ....

High School Musical 3!! They'd made it to the big screen at last! I went to watch it with the old gang.. Loads of new n cool songs.. But i'll say that High School Musical 1 is better, but nonetheless, this movie is really worth to watch!

Last Sat, I went to PJ to visit Ms. Chan n had dinner together in Dae Jang Gum Korean Restaurant. It's my first time trying the korean food..

Yesterday, Me and my friends(Fishy N PikaShua) went to Low Yatt Plaza to do some guys shoppin, PikaShua bought a graphic card(juz to play a game) and i bought an 8gb pendrive.. After tat, we went to Sungei Wang for lunch and juz walk around.. I was looking for the DBSK 4th Korean Album, Mirotic.. I didn't put any high hopes of finding the album there but to my suprise, THE ALBUM WAS ALREADY ON SALE!!!(thx a lot Fishy n PikaShua for the heads up). And thus, I bought the album... YEAH!!

After weeks of bakuteh-ing, movie watching, and doin nothin.. Our new and final sem begun. Actually it'd already started a week ago, but since there're no classes for the 1st week, i post this blog on the 2nd week. We only have 2 days of classes per week, so i guess i'll have plenty of time doin... nothin, unless me and my group start doin our Final Year Project. It's the 1st day of the week and we had our 1st class today, the Internet Publishing which was lectured by Ms. Nur, a cool lec which gives a good impression on our 1st lecture class, much better than some previous lecturers.. cough*shan*cough.. After class, we had 3 hours of badminton game in the Sports Complex, a good 3 hours of sweat will surely make me sleep Extra soundly tonight(sorry roomies)..
I'll be goin Low Yatt plaza tomorrow, wonder what i'll buy?

Klang Trip Part 2 - Day 2 -

After a full planned day a day before, all of us woke up early in the morning for another adventure.

Tat's our breakfast of the day.. Chicken Rice!! After the energetic breakfast, we headed to Bukit Cahaya in Shah Alam.. We had a great time there, 5 hours of non stop activities, jungle tracking, cycling, sight seeing, u name it..

It's 817 hectare.. Took us 5 hours juz to go around half of the place..

After all those tiring adventures, we head back to klang and had our dinner, STEAMBOAT!!

After we cleared everything on the table, all of us went home, which was the end of our 2 day one night trip to klang, hope we'll have so much fun again in the future...

Klang Trip part 2 - Day 1~

10 of my coursemates including me, travelled yet again to my lovely hometown, the Bakuteh Paradise, Klang.. V arrived there at 5pm and had our lunch which was of course, Bakuteh.

This time, the Bakuteh was recommended by Fishy.

Later tat night, we headed to Bukit Tinggi's Jusco. There, we went to had a light snack, ICE CREAMS in Mill Wheel!

Next, we went to catch a movie, MaMa-Mia~~
Well, I won't say it's not worth my money, but i think this movie is more like the Channel V, where they actually sing more than they act.. But it's kinda nice though, the story n humour of the movie i mean... I giv it a 7/10.

After the movie, we went to a restaurant called Boston..

We finishes each dishes before the next dish even arrive.. We're like hungry dogs.. Roar!
After the meal, we head back to fishy's house where we spent a night there.. A sneak preview of what happened during our sleepover...

Human sandwich.. Such beasts.. I'm not one of them..

Yesterday, after our last paper, WOOHOO!!, v went straight to the battlefield of paintball war!! ROAR!! Our team basically lost every match of the game.. but it's still very fun, n pain.. but fun..

After the paintball war, v headed to my MU home's swimming pool... V played like nobody's business, screaming and splashing here and here.. V started to play waterBall in the beginning, and ended up jumping in the pool like crazy kids.. it was fun, and painful(i think u guys know wat happened), but still fun...

A WeekenD To Remember! -Day 2-

Day 2,

Happy MERDEKA!!. Me and my same bunch of crazy friends ventured to my hometown, Klang, the city of Bakuteh! where u can find a bakuteh restaurant at every corner of the street. First, we starts our journey after all of us(3 cars full) gathered in Fishy's house. I was on the lookout for cops on the way to klang cause my car was occupied with 6 people including me, good thing there aren't any cops around. It was an hour drive when we reach our destination. I brought them to one of the bakuteh restaurant that I usually go in Bukit Tinggi. It's kinda cheap n the the boss is friendly(maybe bec there're 16 of us eatin there). It's really fun eating wit so many people, talking, playing, camera snapping here and there, there are 2 professional cameraman wit us, prohibiting us to eat our Bakuteh until they took pictures of every angle of the Bakuteh. Pity those guys sitting the same table wit those cameramans, i can see their saliva drippin looking at the Bakuteh(ya, i'm talking bout wong sifu).

After finish chewing every last piece of meat, we proceed to our next destination, Bukit Tinggi's Jaya Jusco, the largest Jusco in Malaysia(i think). V juz hangout here and there, looking at the shops, checking out klang's lala mui, breathing klang's "fresh" air.. We had our dinner in Jusco's Sakae Sushi. We had to separate our seats since we had 16 of us goin in together, so it's 8 person per table. Tat day, the 31th of august was one of my classmates, DIGI's brithday, yes he is a merdeka boy, so we planned a little suprise party for him in Sakae Sushi. Earlier, we bought 2 dozens of Big Apple's donut each added with a candle and sang the happy birthday song there.
After the meal, we all went back to KL and i drove them home. I stopped by at Fishy's house for a break before i drove back to my home in Klang again.. Well, it's been a really fun weekend, i really hope we can do it again sometimes..

A WeekenD To Remember! -DAY 1-

Yesterday, which was the merdeka eve, me and my bunch of coursemates had BBQ in Fishy's house. Well, almost half of my class turned up in this BBQ event, but we still cant manage to finish the food. It was fun startin the fire, chit-chatin and gossiping around the fire. When i was BBQ-ing my last sausages, it begun to rain, tough luck.. So we hang out in the house for a while.

12 pm sharp, we ran like idiots outside the house(the rain stopped) to see fireworks around KLCC and the KL tower. Not very interesting though, maybe it's because the fireworks was so far away. So we went bac into the house where the REAL fun began.. LIQUOR TIME!! We play a couple of games which involve, of course, the liquors as punishment. As more and more of us drank, red faces began to appear.. But the fun still continues, u can hear more "Ka Chau, Ka Chau".. I myself can't seem to walk straight after the games.

When the liquor was gone and most of us starting to see stars, it was when the games ended. All of us went back home. I drove back to my KL house alone (thank god i din kill anybody on my way home) and hav a good nitght sleep and prepare for another great day tomorrow.

Ah~~ such a pleasent week without the stress of assignments.. Only a week ago, I was scratching my head to finish my assignments, now, I am scratching my head to think of what new movies to watch next, wahaha!

Meet Wall -E! a super duper cute n lovin robot. I went to KLCC(again) with a couple of my friends to watch this movie yesterday. N the queue for the tickets was kinda long even though it's Thursday noon.. Here's some info bout the movie:-

Wall- E, this dude is the man! He knows how to dance, sing(recorded), and even court robot babes. I lov the way he call out Evaaaaa.. lol.. The story is about Wall - E, a trash cleaner on earth(which was abandoned by humans bec it's filled with trashes), met a robot babe(EVE) who came to earth to find living plants. N the love stories goes bla bla bla.. Watch it yourself. 1 hour and 45 min of fun and laughter, very worth your time.. So i'll give it an 8/10.. Good work Pixar!

Phew~ after a looooong week... V'd finally passed up most of our assignments.. At last, I hav time to catch a movie! Woohoo!! This afternoon, me n my buddies went to KLCC to watch:-

Yeah, 21! I'd been wanting to watch this movie ever since i'd seen the trailer. It's bout a math genius guy(who juz turned 21) who's been invited to join a group of "Card Counting" club that.. er.. count cards... They are professional card counters that "earns" money from casino through card counting techniques, watch the movie for details.. This movie deserves a 7/10.

Meet Dave, the artificial human robot from planet Nil. I watched this movie with my hometown friends yesterday in Sunway Pyramid. It's kinda hilarious at first, but gets kinda boring in the later part of the movie.

This movie is about an alien race the size of my thumb who came to earth with a spacecraft (dave) to retrieve an important sphere thingy.. Watch it yourself if u want to know the details..

At least it's worth my time, I was planning to watch 21, but had to change our plan last min..
Anyway, it's worth a 6/10 for my opinion.. so if u guys hav spare money n time, go ahead n watch it..
